Would you please answer the following requests about the tender mentioned above :
1- In Schedule III, what does “Waiver of prices on account” means exactly ?
2- Do we have to include “Schedule I” in the administrative envelope ?
3- What is date and time of the deadline to send the envelopes ?
4- Can we include the 2 envelopes into a large one ?

Regarding to your questions, we make the following considerations:
The answer to question no. 1 is that "waiver of prices on account" means the absence of payments on account.
The answer to question no. 2 is that it makes no difference whether you enclose it or not with envelope B. However, you should ensure you send that request together with all the documents related to your proposal to participate in the tender.
The answer to question no. 3 is in the contract notice published on the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
The answer to question no. 4 is in clause 6 of the Standard Specifications, so that it is not necessary that envelope A nad B are enclosed together in a general one.
The answer to question no. 5 is in the contract notice published on the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and in clause 1 of the Standard Specifications.

I have two doubts in reference of this tender:
1. Is it necesarry to send a bank guarantee with the submit of the tender? or is it only for the awarded?
2. In which Envelope I need to include the schedule I "Tenderer´s request to participate"?

Regarding to your questions, we make the following considerations:
The answer to question no. 1 is that the unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee must be submitted by the awardee.
The answer to question no. 2 is that it makes no difference whether you enclose it or not with envelope B. However, you should ensure you send that request together with all the documents related to your proposal to participate in the tender.

We are ready to answer to two lots of the tender published for the supply of scientific materials and instruments to the International Nanotechnology Laboratory and we have a doubt; must we present two envelopes (A & B) for each lot? Or 2 envelopes A (one for each lot), and 1 envelope B? Or only 1 envelope A & B with the information of each lot inside?

"Waiver of prices on account" means the absence of payments on account, as it is set out in clause 7 of the Standard Specifications.
